Kearney Radiology is led by Dr. Kevin Kearney, M.D., M.B.A., a board-certified radiologist with leadership experience spanning breast imaging, oncology imaging, general diagnostic radiology, Level I Trauma workflows, teaching and service to hospitals and imaging centers.

Dr. Kearney founded Kearney Radiology after years of seeing facilities struggle with coverage gaps, delayed reporting, workflow congestion and communication friction. The organization now positions that experience around comprehensive diagnostic radiology, breast imaging excellence, flexible daytime coverage and customized partnerships for institutional clients.

Education and career
Training
M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine with an M.B.A. from Tufts and Brandeis. Internship in internal medicine at Boston Medical Center, diagnostic radiology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University.
Practice and leadership
Board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2007. Private practice with Drs. Harris, Birkhill, Wang and Associates from 2008 to 2015. Director of the Breast Care Center in Wayne, Michigan for the Oakwood Hospital System, then Breast Imaging Director for Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Goodyear, Arizona from 2015 to 2018.
National scope
National Director for Breast Imaging at a nationally recognized imaging corporation from 2018 to 2019, expanding a multistate telemammography program. That experience led directly to founding Kearney Radiology in 2020.
Clinical breadth
His background includes comprehensive oncology imaging, breast imaging expertise, general diagnostic radiology, Level I Trauma experience, multidisciplinary cancer conferences and physician leadership across hospital and imaging center environments.
Teaching
Mentoring the next generation of radiologists
Dr. Kearney serves as a Clinical Professor at the Creighton University School of Medicine, training radiology residents and medical students. He also teaches visiting radiology fellows from the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale as part of his work with Valleywise Health Centers in the greater Phoenix area.
His teaching and leadership experience informs how Kearney Radiology communicates with referring physicians, supports facility workflows and helps clients structure diagnostic radiology coverage around real operational needs.
