Kevin Kearney, MD, MBA founded Kearney TeleRadiology after national leadership roles that exposed him to delayed reporting, workflow congestion and communication friction facilities struggle with. He built Kearney TeleRadiology as a physician-led team of subspecialty radiologists, not a single-reader practice, so that experience could scale into comprehensive Diagnostic Radiology, Breast Imaging & General Radiology excellence and customized partnerships for institutional clients.
Kearney TeleRadiology serves hospitals, outpatient imaging centers, Breast Imaging & General Radiology centers, emergency departments, multispecialty physician groups, healthcare systems and TeleRadiology departments that need reliable interpretations, responsive communication and scalable, clinically rigorous service models.

Education and Career
Training
M.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine with an M.B.A. from Tufts and Brandeis. Internship in internal medicine at Boston Medical Center, diagnostic Radiology Resident at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University.
Practice and Leadership
Board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2007. Private practice with Drs. Harris, Birkhill, Wang and Associates from 2008 to 2015. Director of the Breast Care Center in Wayne, Michigan for the Oakwood Hospital System, then Breast Imaging & General Radiology Director for Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Goodyear, Arizona from 2015 to 2018.
National Scope
National Director for Breast & Abdominal Imaging; and General Radiology at a nationally recognized imaging corporation from 2018 to 2019, expanding a multistate telemammography program. That national leadership experience, combined with an MBA-trained approach to program operations, led directly to founding Kearney TeleRadiology in 2020 as a physician-led team of subspecialty radiologists.
Clinical Breadth
His background includes comprehensive oncology imaging, Breast Imaging & General Radiology expertise, general diagnostic Radiology, Level I Trauma experience, multidisciplinary cancer conferences and physician leadership across hospital and imaging center environments, a multidisciplinary perspective that now informs how Kearney TeleRadiology structures service models and workflow for its partners.
Teaching
Mentoring the next generation of radiologists
Kevin Kearney, MD, MBA served as a Clinical Professor at the Creighton University School of Medicine training Radiology Residents and medical students. He taught visiting Radiology Fellows from Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale as part of his work with the Valleywise Health Centers in the greater Phoenix area.
His teaching and physician leadership experience informs how Kearney TeleRadiology communicates with referring physicians, supports facility workflows and helps clients structure Diagnostic Radiology services around real operational needs.
